Our service department is open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Generally, the busiest time at the dealer’s service center is Spring/Summer ( right before the seasonal holidays) and just before Winter. The best way to contact the service department is by:

Email allows for easy and detailed documentation of your service request and the ability to send pictures. The service technician can then review pictures while discussing your service concerns to ensure an accurate description of the service request. Past service repairs, pictures and any extra information submitted in the emails can be vital to properly troubleshooting and addressing concerns. An accurate, descriptive explanations of your concerns and the extra information will expedite the service process. Please use the following template:

BE PREPARED:
Before you drop off your recreational vehicle for service, your black tank must be emptied and sanitized. This ensures that your sensors read properly and you are not charged for a black tank flush. If you have any service request that involves the drainage system and the tanks are not emptied, you will be charged for a tank flush to properly address the service concern.

WAIT APPOINTMENT:
Service appointments are not "wait" appointments unless specifically coordinated by our service technician.  Some issues may appear simple, but may require lengthy troubleshooting by our service technician.  If you are scheduled for a same day or a wait appointment, please be aware that you cannot enter the repair area.  Our insurance policy prohibits customers or non-personnel from entering the work area for safety reasons.
